Getting started
Developers
Build on Cactive: the API, the MCP server, the command line and the limits, the API reference, and the developer portal for your apps, keys and webhooks.
Guides
- The API. The HTTP API the platform's own apps use, with authentication, errors and a page for each area.
- The MCP server. Connect AI clients to an organization's tools; every tool with its scope.
- The command line.
cactivedeploys, follows builds and logs, and manages variables and domains; every command. - Limits. Every cap the platform enforces, read from its source.
API reference
The API reference has every route's request and response, samples in cURL, JavaScript, Python, Go and the command line, and Try It: a real request from your browser with your own session or a key you paste. It also lists every MCP tool and the webhook events.
Developer portal
The developer portal is where you sign in to manage what you build: an organization's OAuth apps, API keys, webhooks and MCP access, and your own Mirage bots.
Using the platform
How the apps, Serverless App Services, Git and organizations work is in the docs.
